1. Design and Appearance (Core Highlights)
Identical Geometric Tattoo Design: The entire series incorporates hexagonal, triangular, and rhomboid geometric elements throughout the case, bezel, dial, and movement, replicating the aesthetic lines of tattoo art and creating a 3D visual effect. This is the most recognizable design element of the series. The case uses a multi-faceted cutting process with a double-polished finish of satin and polished, maximizing the depth of light refraction.
Case Structure: The classic tonneau-shaped (cushion-shaped) case is secured to the bezel with six H-shaped titanium screws, continuing the sporty DNA of the Big Bang series. The image shown is of titanium/stainless steel; versions are also available in high-end materials such as black ceramic, white ceramic, and 18K King Gold. Some models are pavé-set with diamonds.
Dial Design: The black skeletonized dial uses a geometric tattoo pattern as its framework. The three-dimensional hour markers and hands are inlaid with luminescent coating for clear readability in low-light conditions. A date window is located at 3 o’clock, and the chronograph subdials incorporate geometric elements, creating a futuristic layout. The crystal is a hexagonal-cut sapphire crystal, echoing the bezel design.
Strap and Crown: A high-performance black rubber strap with Hublot’s patented “one-click” quick-change system allows for easy strap replacement. The crown features a textured, non-slip design, engraved with the brand logo, providing a solid feel and ensuring water resistance.
2. Movement and Performance
Core Movement: Powered by Hublot’s in-house HUB1240 UNICO automatic flyback chronograph movement, composed of 330 parts, including 38 jewels, with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz) and a power reserve of up to 72 hours (3 days), meeting the needs of weekend wear without winding, and ensuring accurate and stable timekeeping.
Functions:
Basic hour, minute, and second display; central chronograph seconds hand;
Flyback chronograph function (one-click reset and restart, no step-by-step operation required);
Date display;
Water resistance to 100 meters (10 bar), meeting the water resistance requirements for swimming, snorkeling, and other sports.
3. Materials and Craftsmanship
Case Material: The model shown is made of titanium/stainless steel (titanium is lighter and more suitable for everyday wear), offering corrosion resistance and high hardness; the ceramic model uses high-temperature sintered high-tech ceramic, making it scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, and colorfast.
Case Back Design: Sapphire crystal transparent case back, with the rotor incorporating geometric tattoo elements, allowing a direct view of the movement’s operation and exquisite finishing, achieving a unified design from the outside in.
Craftsmanship Details: The case, bezel, and movement all adhere to Hublot’s top-tier watchmaking standards, featuring exquisite multi-faceted cutting, chamfering, and polishing techniques. Every geometric line is precisely symmetrical, showcasing the brand’s “Art of Fusion” philosophy.
